Hello peeps! Cherry here sharing my
first guest designer project at the Gypsy Soul Laser Cut blog. I have
been so excited to share my creations and guest for December. I had an
absolute ball creating with all the beautiful chipboard pieces. Their
designs are so whimsical..they bring out the kid in me! I really got my
hands dirty....painting, covering images with ink, faux snowing everything,
embossing....you name it. Here is my first project made for them.
It is all about ole St. Nick. He will be here soon you know! I used
the Alarm Clock chipboard. I painted
it a classic Christmas red....sanded it a bit to give it a worn
appearance. From there I used it to frame in my retro Santa and Rudolph
image.
I also used the Snowflake Shape Set. I painted
them white to pop against the red and adhered them around my clock mingling
them with jingle bells and a few berry sprigs.
I added a sentiment along with
some gorgeous ribbons and a berry. I also covered a couple of greenery
sprigs from the Winter Shape Set with papers and
added them for fun.
Here it is all done! I just adore this piece, it just makes me soooo happy! Thanks for visiting! I will be back soon! Cherry
