Hi there! Cherry here at the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts blog. Sharing an Easter plaque today. I started with my base, which is the Banner Builder Dovetail set. I painted it with white chalk paint and distressed it up. I added paper and layered it with the deco lattice panel 1
From
there I wound my ribbon through and tied bows. Adhered my image and
got to work adding some handmade paper fringe, pom pom fringe, and a few
little doodads!
Pretty cute and full of Easter Charm!
