Christmas Time invites you to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with festive images of vintage steampunk Santa’s.  Emerald green trees, red holly berry, glittery gold gears, and coal-black trains set the tone for this holiday season.

Perfect mixed media journal from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts. Great for trying new techniques.  Accepts 5 inch by 7 inch pages.  Kit includes 2 Covers, 4 Tabbed Dividers, 2 Tab Top Page Markers, 4 chipboard pages, 4 corrugated pages and 2 binder ring.  Precision laser cut from .050 chipboard, .030 chipboard and corrugated cardboard.

The front cover was "fussy cut" from the title page of the 12x12 paper pad.

There were four corrugated pages in the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts package. I mounted the chipboard piece from the paper pack using Stampin' Up Dimensionals, dabbed liquid glue (Art Glitter) on the corrugated paper, and then sprinkled white Flower Soft over the page.  I set it aside to dry. (Flower Soft  -  colored card fibers added another dimenson.  Unfortunately it was discontinued.)

The right side pages are decorated with A2 sized cards.

The embellishment is made with a Graphic 45 Policy Envelope, cardstock and a tag from the paper line. All are popped up with SU Dimensionals.  They are decorated with Kaiser Craft red pearls, Queen and Company diamonds and clear Wink of Stella.

The inside of the card has a mat. These cards can be left in the album and used for journaling or pictures, taken out and used as Christmas greeting cards, or the embellishment can be used as a gift card holder. They are all held together with repositionable adhesive (Herma dotto from EK Tools).

         This is the policy envelope.

When I planned my layout, divider tabs just didn't fit, so I trimmed them off.

The gold Flower Soft had a lot more sparkle to it!

Bo Bunny a gift of love

This is the A side of  a lovely paper I found in my Christmas stash!

 

I used the B side for the base of an ivory A2 (5 1/2" x 4 1/4") card.

This Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts frame Scribble Frames Flowers is about 4 1/4" round.

Using Versamark and Ranger Super Fine Gold embossing power and a heat gun,

gave the chipboard a beautiful finish.

This sentiment on the BoBunny paper was just the right size to cut and tuck behind the frame using some glue dots to adhere the two.

Stampin' Up Dimensionals gave the frame just enough pop when adhered to the card.

Some Poinsettias, also from my stash, were just the right size to cover the flowers on the frame. I used clear Wink of Stella to add just a bit of glitter to the flowers and the "Holiday Magic" sentiment.

We could all use a bit of Holiday Magic!
