Bliss Greeting Card

Hey there friends and crafty peeps! Ginny here with a sweet shabby inspired and very vintage greeting card.

Oh how I love this beautiful and delicate frame! The center is just the perfect size to highlight the image into a real focal point.

I think it pairs perfectly with the paper collection. It's vintage....but just a little updated.

Even though the chippie has delicate areas...there are also some a bit chunkier so it looks great layered over patterned paper.

I finished off the card with some pretty matching flowers and foliage.

Last but not least some ribbon trim and charms.

 Here is that gorgeous frame in all it's chipboardy goodness. Remember to wipe it down for a nice clean surface to alter!

A base coat of white acrylic paint will ensure that you'll have a great primer for the next layers.

For this frame a subtle finished effect was what I wanted so I added a bit of embossing powder with a light pink and gold mottled look then heat set it for a little shine.
