Tiny Tag Techniques . . .

Hi Everyone. Nancy here with a ringful of random tags.

It's not often I get to play with various mediums. Usually because I'm working on a deadline or two. But with the new year, I decided to play with some of the supplies I've been hoarding and create a random tag booklet using the small set of Stagger Tags.

Each tag uses several pieces from
Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts.
There are so many ways to alter chipboard
and the tag above shows several super easy techniques.
(1) Skeleton leaves were *painted* with Rubber Moon Moonlight Duo Ink Pads. These ink pads are so fun to use and allow you to mix colors and *paint* with the help of the Ink Piks.
Since this was the first tag in the series, I wanted to add a label.
Using the Stackable Labels Shape Set, the first layer was painted with acrylic

This tag also uses a vintage image framed by a
The frame was *painted* with

combination as the frame above.

I'm loving this Evie Flourished Frame
I pounced some of the white ink from the
and then added glue randomly (via a glue stick)
before adding gold sheets on top of the glue.

The tree is cut from the Framed Trees Set
and painted with Moonlight Duos Ink.
I love how you can add color precisely where you want it
using the Ink Piks

The next tag uses a butterfly from the
along with a frame from the

The frame was covered with Seth Apter's
Baked Texture Verdigris
and the butterfly was first stamped
and then covered with Baked Texture Vintage Beeswax.

These Hypericum Berries were painted with both
Moonlight Duos Ink Pads and two colors of Liquid Pearls
The Postage frame was covered with Seth Apter's
Baked Texture Ancient Amber followed by Vintage Beeswax.

And for the last tag, this Scribble Frame was covered with
Seth Apter's Baked Texture Chunky Rust.

Thanks for sticking with me through this tag story.
Hope you get a chance to play with simple techniques
