Joy Christmas in July Greeting Card

Hello there friends and crafty Peeps! Happy Sunday to you all : )  I am super excited to be sharing my first Christmas in July project of the year.

This chippie from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts makes the perfect frame for this sweet little snowman image.
I've given it a multi layer finish with faux snow then topped it off with sparkly chipboard snowflakes.
The snowflake gets a bit of the faux snow too to give it a  frosty look.

There's a pretty wintry collection of flowers here with some loopy twine bows to fill in the arrangement.
I couldn't resist adding a few Christmas inspired metal charms tucked in behind a gorgeous plaid ribbon bow.
I do like the inside of cards to be finished so the papers on the outside continue once it's opened.

I started by selecting the chippies then wiping them down to prepare them for altering.

The Flourished Circle Frame is given a base coat of soft blue green embossing powder and heated to set the finish. The Snowflakes have 1 coat of white topped off with 1 coat of sparkly embossing powder then heat set.

Last but not least a generous coating of the faux snow to give them a frosted look.

Wishing you a happy and productive day : ) G
