Organize with Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts

Hi Everyone,

I have stuff - a lot of stuff - a room full of stuff - that I use for paper arts projects. And I bet you do too. Although my room isn't what I would describe as pretty, it is functional and organized. Using several Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts designs helps me get organized. Here are a few of the pieces I use:

This piece holds both 6x6 and 8x8 paper pads. I use a couple of them to store my envelopes and bags. You could also use it for mail. It is easy to put together and decorate.

This is one of the very first pieces I owned from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts. It has a carousel on the bottom so easy to spin around and find what I want. It sits on top of my work area and I use it every day. As you can see, it holds a ton of stuff.

This is one of my favorite pieces. Gina designed this for me years ago. I have two and they are both in use on my work station. This side is drawers with little things that are used often.

Adhesives on another side (and notice all the gesso etc I have piled on top) . . .

My most used inks on a 3rd side . . .

and miscellaneous jars on the 4th side . . .

I have two of these spinner towers. I use them every day -  I couldn't count how many times a day these are spun around - and they are in perfect shape - even with all the stuff I have in and on them.

So it's time for yet another storage piece. This one is called Memory Keeper Organizer and can be found on this page.  You can also get inserts for the Memory Keeper.

Here is the Memory Keeper Organizer I made to match my two towers (in the background).

And here's how you put it together:

Begin with the base piece:

Locate the front and back piece (but do not attach):

It's best to put this piece together from the inside out. You'll notice that the notches of the inside pieces will match the slots of the base/bottom piece. Glue these pieces on the notches. I use Beacon's 3-in-1 glue to attach all pieces.

The last pieces to glue onto the Organizer are the front, back and side pieces.

I'm going to use the same papers to decorate this Organizer as I did the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts towers.

If you wish, add the dividers to the cubbies

and the Memory Keepers Organizer is complete.

This would make a great organizer for any project, whether it's Memory Keeping, sewing, hand stitching or a desk top for busy executives.

Thanks for checking out my organization projects.
See you next time!
